Product?

At Pampered Silver, I hand-make all my jewelry with authentic silver-plated vintage cutlery. All rings are handmade and sized to order. No two items are exactly alike. Because they are created from used spoons and forks, they may show signs of wear and imperfections.

Shipping?

All shipping within the Continental United States is Free or included. Others areas, like Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada may cost more. We will contact you once we receive your order with more shipping info
Most orders go out within a few days, some sooner, some longer. If you need something sooner, just let me know. I will try my best to get it to you ASAP. When I receive your order, I will email you with an updated estimated time for shipping your order out. When I send out each order, I will send out an E-Mail to let the customer know the total charged and the UPS or USPS tracking number

Sizing Information

Some of our bracelets have different sizes and others only come in 1 standard size that will fit most men's wrists. The size of our bracelets are written in the product description of each product. Use a measuring tape or a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist and find your exact bracelet size. You should measure just above the wrist bone, as shown in the image below.
Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm) then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to get the diameter of the ring.

Return and Privacy Policy

You may return your merchandise for a REFUND of up to 30 days within the order’s ship date, excluding the original shipping we paid to ship your order to you. All returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Original Shipping charges to you, Handling fees, and Custom Orders are not refundable. Once we have received tracking information and or the first shipped item back, we will refund you accordingly. It is important that once you receive the return label, you should re-pack the item securely and ship it back within the expiration date on the label which is usually 7 to 14 days. After that, we are to assume you are keeping the previously sent item. Re-box the item /items in the same box that was used to ship it to you. To reorder another item, include the item # and quantity desired. Upon receiving your item, we will have to contact you to arrange a REFUND. All Refunds must be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase that item. We do not keep Credit card numbers on file. Refunds are usually done within 48 hours. An e-mail will be sent to tell you that it has been done and the total refund amount. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 30 days.. Do we disclose any information to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
