Return Policy

You may return your merchandise for a REFUND of up to 30 days within the order’s ship date, excluding the original shipping we paid to ship your order to you. All returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Original Shipping charges to you, Handling fees, and Custom Orders are not refundable. Once we have received tracking information and or the first shipped item back, we will refund you accordingly. It is important that once you receive the return label, you should re-pack the item securely and ship it back within the expiration date on the label which is usually 7 to 14 days. After that, we are to assume you are keeping the previously sent item. Re-box the item /items in the same box that was used to ship it to you. To reorder another item, include the item # and quantity desired. Upon receiving your item, we will have to contact you to arrange a REFUND. All Refunds must be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase that item. We do not keep Credit card numbers on file. Refunds are usually done within 48 hours.
